The Myanmar National Democratic Army (MNDAA) and its allies said that as of 27 November, they have seized four Burma-China border gates.
The anti-junta allies said the border gates they are now controlling are Chinshwehaw, Kin San Kyawt, Monekoe and Pansai border gates.
The MNDAA and Monekoe district security forces jointly seized control of the Kin San Kyawt, a major source of trade between China and Burma, on the morning of November 25.
The Kokang said that its group has seized a total of 172 military outposts in northern Shan state since Operation 1027 started last month. The Three Brotherhood Alliance: MNDAA, Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) and Arakan Army (AA) started Operation 1027 on October 27 by attacking military outposts in northern Shan state.
